We serve as mediators, and occasionally as arbitrators, in civil disputes regardless of subject matter. When acting as neutrals, we approach each dispute with an open mind and open ears. By identifying the strengths and weaknesses of every position, as well as the areas of common ground, we are able to bring about settlements in even the most difficult of cases. Our mediators are experienced lawyers who use their experience in trial, on appeal, and elsewhere to help parties find paths to resolving their disputes without the risk, expense, and distraction of further litigation and trial.

Our offices provide excellent facilities to host ADR sessions, complete with multiple conference rooms, Wi-Fi, and other amenities. When appropriate, our neutrals also travel to conduct mediations and arbitrations in other locations chosen by the parties.
