Personal
Mr. Bell grew up in the Texas Panhandle, but considers himself an “adopted” East Texan. He met his wife, the former Kathryn Wiley of Tyler, Texas, the very first day of college in French class, et le reste est de l’histoire. Admittedly, Mr. Bell did not retain much French. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys traveling, running, and attending far too many Baylor Bear Athletics’ events.
