Mr. Alexander focuses on commercial transactions, tax planning, structuring investment opportunities, contracts, and estate planning. He has extensive expertise in these areas and represents banks, family offices, business owners, trustees, and individuals. Jon is also a CPA and is board certified in estate planning and probate law.

Business Contracts – negotiating and drafting construction contracts, master service agreements, vendor contracts, purchase agreements, and buy-sale agreements.

Commercial Lending – drafting loan documents as well as representing lenders in workouts.

Investment Opportunities – structuring investment opportunities in a tax efficient manner considering both income and estate taxes as well as liability protection.

Probate and Trust Administration – extensive experience representing corporate and individual executors and trustees.

Purchase and Sale of Businesses – negotiating and structuring the purchase and sale of companies and businesses.
