Thames and DeVasto to Speak at 2009 ED Bench Bar Conference

Glenn Thames and Diane DeVasto will be speaking at the 13th Annual Eastern District of Texas Bar Association Bench Bar Conference. Mr. Thames will speak on the topic “Venue – Analysis of the Developing Case Law,” while Ms. DeVasto will address “Effective Defense of Cases in the Eastern District of Texas.” In focusing on these relevant topics, Mr. Thames and Ms. DeVasto will share their insight and knowledge gained from years practicing in the Courts of the Eastern District of Texas. The Bench Bar Conference will be held in Frisco, Texas, October 15 and 16, 2009.
