Potter Minton welcomes Miss Ayesha Hayter to our offices for the fall of 2015. Our firm was asked to partner with Brownsboro ISD to assist in their scholastic program that encourages promising high school students an opportunity to explore a potential career path through this independent study program.
Ayesha aspires to become the CEO of her own fashion empire. One might ask, how does that translate to embracing this new mentor/mentee program? Ayesha will have the opportunity to observe and participate in managing a company to include Administration, Accounting, Facilities, General Services, Human Resources Management, Marketing, and everything in between, all of which are core skills necessary for her path of becoming a CEO.
