Potter Minton shareholder, Mike Jones was asked to speak at the Annual Spring Meeting of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) which took place on May 10-12 at the Hilton Austin in Austin, Texas.
He spoke on the topic of “Innovative Approaches to Case Management” and addressed the issue of how to be creative in the management of intellectual property litigation in light of recent legislation. He also served on a panel discussing case management techniques with U.S. District Judge Leonard Stark of Delaware, Alan Albright of Austin, Texas, Maya Eckstein of Richmond, Virginia, and Ryan Botkin of Austin, Texas.
