Michael Jones on Faculty of American Law Institute

The American Law Institute of the American Bar Association recently presented its 15th Annual “Trial of a Patent Suit” in Scottsdale, Arizona. Michael Jones, once again, was selected as a member of the faculty, which included nine federal judges and eight attorneys from across the nation. Mr. Jones made presentations concerning opening statements, examination of experts and, also, participated in a panel discussion of recent case law concerning the defense of inequitable conduct.
