Potter Minton shareholder Glenn Thames recently spoke at the 14th Annual Eastern District of Texas Bar Association Bench Bar Conference on the subject “Venue & Mandamus – Is it an Eastern District of Texas phenomenon?” Speaking with Mr. Thames was Steven Spears of McDermott Will & Emery.
