Representing Google, the team urged U.S. District Judge Alan Albright to end the jury trial after plaintiff rested its case. The case involved allegations of patent infringement brought by Brazos Licensing & Development, which operates under the legal name, WSOU Investments LLC. Plaintiff had sought damages in excess of $200 million.
