Potter Minton shareholder, Doug McSwane has been appointed to the State Bar of Texas Committee on Administration of Rules of Evidence. Mr. McSwane will serve on the Committee for three years. He and fellow members are charged with monitoring the Rules of Evidence and related statutes of Texas as well as revisions to the Rules of Evidence and related statutes of Texas.
