The list was compiled by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell and is based on Potter Minton’s large percentage of AV-rated attorneys. To be eligible as a 2013 U.S. Top Ranked Law Firm, a firm must have a minimum of 10 attorneys and at least 33% of their attorneys having achieved an AV® Preeminent™ rating. AV Ratings are the highest an attorney can attain from Martindale-Hubbell, and is based upon reviews by judges and peers.
