Allen F. Gardner and J. Matt Rowan have been named 2010 Texas Rising Stars. This is Mr. Gardner’s fourth year as a Rising Star in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation and Mr. Rowan’s second year as a Rising Star in the area of General Litigation.
This recognition is reserved for the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state of Texas age 40 or younger or those practicing law 10 or fewer years. Only 2.5 percent of eligible Texas attorneys receive this honor each year. The list of Texas Rising Stars appears in the April 2010 issue of Texas Monthly magazine and in Texas Rising Stars 2010, a publication by the publishers of Law & Politics Media, Inc.
