Potter Minton is pleased to announce that Allen F. Gardner has become a shareholder of the Firm.
Mr. Gardner joined Potter Minton in 2004. His practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, working for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Mr. Gardner graduated cum laude from Baylor University School of Law. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A & M University. He has been recognized as a Texas “Rising Star” by Law and Politics, as published in Texas Super Lawyer, Rising Star Edition/Texas Monthly Magazine for the last two years.
Mr. Gardner is an active member of the American Bar Association. He currently serves as vice-chair of the Trial and Appellate Rules & Procedure Committee for the Intellectual Property Section and was the Co-Chair of the Patent Litigation Committee from 2006-2008. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Smith County Bar Association.
Mr. Gardner is a member of the American Bar Association, Texas State Bar Association, Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Smith County Bar Association. Congratulations, Mr. Gardner!
