POTTER MINTON is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrick C. Bell from Member to Shareholder, effective January 1. Bell joined POTTER MINTON after graduating from Baylor Law School in 2014 and works in the firm’s transactional practice group.

Bell routinely represents business owners, developers, banks, and other entities with matters involving commercial purchases and sales and real estate lending, as well as new business formation. He also has extensive experience with contract preparation and negotiation.
In addition to his work in the Tyler legal community, Bell is also an active member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association and First Baptist Church.
