Matt Rowan Honored at Law Day Celebration

Matt Rowan was honored as Smith County Young Lawyer of the Year by the Smith County Bar Association at the Law Day Celebration. The presentation was made at the annual Law Day Luncheon held at the Rose Garden Center. Law Day is observed nationally each year since it was established by Dwight Eisenhower in 1958 on May 1 as “a day of national dedication to honor to the principle of government under law.”
