The Tyler Chamber of Commerce has chosen Matt Rowan to be a member of the 2004 Class of Leadership Tyler. This program selects talented individuals from the ranks of our citizenry and grooms participants for leadership roles in the Tyler/Smith County community. The class is currently available only once a year, and enrollment is limited.
