On behalf of clients HTC, Exedea, Samsung, Motorola and Google, Potter Minton, P.C. and Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP won summary judgment on non-infringement of three Gemalto patents relating to the use of a high level programming language with a microcontroller.
