Douglas McSwane was recently re-elected as a District #1 Director for the Texas Association of Defense Counsel at its Annual Meeting. The Texas Association of Defense Counsel is one of the largest professional associations of civil defense attorneys. The purpose of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Inc. is to bring together lawyers who devote a substantial amount of time to handling litigated civil cases and whose representation in those cases is primarily other than that of plaintiffs’ personal injury cases.
