Allen Gardner, shareholder in the Firm, recently took part in the “Trial of a Patent Case” program as a presenter. Mr. Gardner (1) participated in the Direct Examination of Defendant’s Employee as a Fact Witness on Joint Activities and (2) Moderated a Panel addressing Recent U.S. Supreme Court and Federal Circuit Decisions Affecting Trials of Patent Cases.
This two day course was the 17th Annual Advanced ALI-ABA Course of Study for the Corporate Counsel and the Private Practitioner and was held October 13-14, 2011 in Chicago, Illinois.
